- Rights to alter or modify the plans are reserved.
- Reservation of stalls will be done against payment of Rs.2,000/- for Prime Stalls and Rs.1,000/- for Regular Stalls.
- 50% advance to be paid on or before 15th December 2005.
- 100% payment should be made before 15th January 2006.
- Cancellations after 15th December 2005 will not be entertained and whatever amount paid,will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made after 15th January 2006 will be viewwd seriously and full stall charges will be recovered.
- Transfer of stalls is prohibited.
- Subletting of stalls is prohibited.If found,extra 50% of the stall rent will be charged.
- The committee reserves the right to allot or refuse any stall without giving any reasons.
- Service Tax as Applicable.
